How do I enroll in the training program?
Complete the enrollment application at /training/enroll. Our team will confirm your registration and send login credentials within 1–2 business days.
Go to EnrollmentI forgot my portal login credentials. What should I do?
Contact us by phone or email with your full name and the email address used during enrollment. We will reset your credentials promptly.
How long does it take to receive my Certificate of Completion?
Certificates are issued upon completion of all 12 modules and review assessments. Digital certificates are typically available within 2–3 business days of completion.
Can I get a copy of my training records for a licensing application?
Yes. Contact us by email at [email protected] with your full name and date of completion. We retain student records for a minimum of seven years.
Do you offer group enrollment for employers?
