We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Insurance Numbers, financial account numbers, or health information unless specifically required and consented to.
5. Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention
We use and disclose personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required by law.
We may share personal information with:
• Third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our training platform, email communications, and website hosting — these parties are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify • Government authorities where required by law, including the Ministry of the Solicitor General in connection with licensing requirements under the PSISA, 2005
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or as required by applicable law. Student training records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following course completion to support licensing verification. Other personal information is retained for no longer than necessary and then securely destroyed or anonymized.
6. Accuracy
We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is accurate, complete, and up to date as necessary for the purposes for which it is used.
If you believe that personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request a correction by contacting our Privacy Officer. We will amend the information as appropriate or, where we disagree with the requested correction, note your request in the file.
7. Safeguards
We protect personal information with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These safeguards include:

Our website and training portal may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember login credentials, and analyze aggregate usage patterns. We do not use tracking technologies to build advertising profiles.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
If you contact us through our website enrollment form, the information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you enroll, to administer your training account.
